All booking fees are non refundable once the booking order form has been received. Bookings will only be valid on receipt of this form, and once the booking has been confirmed. As organisers KAFA’s Management Committee reserve the right to refuse bookings without giving a reason.
Stall holders will be admitted to the site between 7.30am to 10.00am on the day, or if required between 12.01pm until 4pm on the day before the event.
Any military vehicles must be in their designated pitch before 10.30am, and must not move to leave before 5pm on event day. All other vehicles must be moved to the Public car park by 9.30am on event day.
No vehicle movements will be allowed on the event site between 1030am‐ 5pm. At all times when driving on site the maximum speed limit on is 5mph with hazard warning lights showing.
Dogs must be kept on a lead for their own safety, and that of others at the event. The organisers reserve the right to enforce the removal from the site of any dog, or owner causing a mess or nuisance.
All Stallholders must comply with the instructions from the Marshalls and Committee Members on when at the site of the event.
Notwithstanding any of these terms and conditions the stall holders, will in every respect, comply with all relevant regulations issued by the local authority, the fire authority, the police and the site Safety Officer.
If you require the area around your pitch to be sealed off by ropes/barriers then this will be your responsibility as the pitch user. KAFA may be able to assist if needed. This must be agreed beforehand to ensure that the required stores are available.
Any misbehaviour, bad manners, and actions that may bring the day into disrepute, or endanger, or alarm, the public, will not be tolerated. You may be asked to leave without prior notice if you are the cause of such behaviour.
